If I was a parent and I feel like I couldn't trust my kids with the car, something's wrong.
If these teenagers are capable of doing something and have the desire to do something so stupid and dangerous like throwing solid and crushable objects at 5,000 pound missiles in moving traffic, then these parents have failed monitoring their kids adequately and teaching them common sense and appropriate safety.

Think like a teenager, eggs crush easily they’re not rocks or steel ball bearings. And you’re in a car moving throwing at other moving cars, that’d be a real challenge to actually connect. Galactically stupid and very dangerous to a fully developed brain but teenage boys think about tits and tearing shite up. Not consequences.

Murder charge won’t stick he didn’t plan on killing anyone.

Also the guy in the Lincoln should be charged as well as he recklessly pulled a weapon over a damn egg and chased at high speeds so this action likely scared the kids causing them to drive dangerously

I can just imagine my dad's face if he found out we did something like this. Would legitimately frighten me. No shite I would be on the first plane out of town to boot camp. My mom wouldn't have been any better.

The killing happened during the commission of a crime. IE driving without a license, driving a vehicle without authorization from the owner, and running a red light.
Murder is the appropriate charge here.

I doubt he's charged but I wouldn't be surprised.
What the cops are really talking about more is his failure to stop and rend aid which is a felony and there's more evidence there.
By the way, he really needs to stop talking to the cops and hire a lawyer immediately.

Some chump who committed the crime of not stopping to check out the wrecked vehicle and who is now accused by murderers looking for a way to avoid being held responsible for their actions. Pretty obvious.

Hmmmm. Sounds like this is the guy who should be charged with murder. The kids were doing stupid pranks, but nobody got hurt... Then this guy brandished a gun at the kids and started chasing them. At that point the kids were legitimately in fear for their lives and quite justified driving at high speeds to get away from the homicidal maniac chasing them!

The amount of people in this thread coming up with excuses for these kids is honestly rather scary.
I'm with you. Growing up there is no way in HELL I would even comprehend doing something like taking a car and driving with my friends to throw eggs at 14. I wouldn't even think of doing that at 16 or 18.

Quick question, do you really think the kids were driving safely while throwing eggs at vehicles on the road? Do you really think that even them throwing eggs at vehicles on the road is a safe act?
They killed somebody while performing highly dangerous and illegal acts, the fault is with them and they should be the only ones charged period.
