then why do they cry about everything?

Because, as a general rule, they’re more sensitive than men, well, men other than you any way.

Best thing he can do is give her the cold shoulder, not be available & ask someone else out.

She’s got a fall back but won’t like seeing him move on so quickly.

Just hope it’s long enough time to where he won’t take her back

Girls are like the bus, if you miss one, just catch another.

Eventually, you don't even flinch, spit the blood out and say "that's all you got"? Heartbreak is a lot like that

I don’t know. I’ve had my heart broken a few times, and it sure as shitte wasn’t any easier at 32 than it was at 18. Could just be a “me” problem.

I was just shooting from the hip when started the thread. It all just kind of happened so fast. I'm ok with a little crappy grammar.

You did good. My parents inserted themselves headlong into my high school relationships and I was not better for it. Didn’t let me make my own relationship decisions and tried to make them for me. It fricked with my head a lot

Tell him to find another one that is nice first, then thin and cute. Tell him if her mom is a biggun, she will be too.

She does not have to be the cutest girl there, just cute. This type blossoms into the cutest. If her mom is genetically superior and looks good, the girl will too.

Bt do tell him to blow off space girl, and get his arse in the gym 4 days a week.

I remember those days.
Looking back, I regret any wasted worries as a single young man. Easy come, easy go, easy come again. You always find another, and then reflect on how how silly you were to be heartbroken. There is no woman that you can't get over. Or man (if you're a girl).

That’s why my kids don’t do “romance” in high school. They can be friends go to dances etc but I’m constantly reminding them getting attached to anyone at that age is energy best spent elsewhere.

It may have worked too well with my 23 year old son. He is practically a hermit when he’s not deployed or on a trip. I have to drag him out to dinner even with me.

Congrats on screwing up your son’s social development instead of letting him figure it out during the years in his life he was supposed to.
