None of the 8 people arrested were charged with kidnapping or abduction.
Children’s are oversexed and groomed in our public school/internet/pop culture. It’s more likely that she left with him thinking she was gonna have sex with him, then found out he had other motives.

This is by far the strangest part of the story. They have to know readers are going to want more clarification on exactly how this worked.
Parents just happened to stumble on nude pics of minors, one happened to be their daughter, and then was able to use the pics to determine her specific location?

They didn’t “just happen to stumble on nude pics of minors”….they were specifically looking for their daughter, you know, bc she was just kidnapped.
A LEO or PI more than likely worked with them to find her.

I meant they were able to…start googling(?) and find her.
LEOs are monitoring locations known for posting nude minors? And these sites and their operators have been allowed to exist?

Yeah. Call me a helicopter Dad. But if I go somewhere with my 11 year old daughter, I wait right outside of the bathroom door. To get past me you’d have to kill me. I’m not saying I’m Bruce Lee, but your arse would know you’ve been in a fight.
