I've traveled on ones exactly like that in Business on International many times, almost always on points that cost close to Zero dollars (have to pay some taxes and whatnot), and when I did pay CERTAINLY never played anywhere close to 17k.

Just saw that she was pitching to France the idea of building a Hair pick statue right next to the Effiel Tower and it would say "Everything good about Paris is because of the black mayor from New Orleans.

Also, y'all keep posting about the wrong travel agency. She didn't use the off-shore company or the one with offices in Florida. She used that shady one in Metairie that looks to have a contract with the City of NOLA.

She exceeded her allotted lavish spending and it says she has to write down why she exceeded it, and she wrote nothing. They signed it anyway.

How bout this cowinky dink. Going Places Travel Inc is registered to Rosanna Barnes. Her home address is listed on the SOS site(verified by people search).
If you google street view her house and look back a few years to 2014 you'll see an old Grand Marquis in the driveway. But fast forward to 2021 and 2022. They got $150k in two vehicles parked on the street right chea.
Rosanna has done well for herself in recent years. Wonder why?
2014 She had a janky fence and ole hoopty Grand Marquis.

And everywhere you look it up has Going Places Travel website which appears to be a different international company.
The yelp page for the office in nola has a website linked to it thats based out of California with no listed office in Nola.
