re: Technology advances where you actually miss the “old” way

I miss the days of telling people you are going on vacation and it meaning there was no way to contact you unless someone knew the number to your hotel/condo.

I also miss the days of people having patience when it came to ordering items. Seems like more and more people want things immediately and they want things dirt cheap bc they saw it advertised across the world for a few bucks less.

One of the few old phone numbers I remember are my own home of course, my best friend, and Pizza Hut.

What I was coming to post. There is literally nothing good about it for an independent physician in private practice. Incredibly inefficient and mostly useless.

I liked it when a guy pumped my gas and cleaned my windshield.

I actually prefer the layout from the phone book on certain things like local contractors instead of being limited to whatever an internet search provides.
