Students charged with assault for exposing allergic classmate to pineapple

Three teens charged.
The victim is okay, but could have been much worse, according to the article.

I'd hate to see what some of us could've been charged for in school.

They deserve to have their asses torn up, not charged with crimes. This shite is rediculous. It costs taxpayer money to do all this, and they're 13 year old kids. Tell them how dangerous and wrong it is and rip them a new one. Case closed.
