If this is true, then whatever law enforcement(s) arrived to investigate the incident, yet didn't arrest Randy, need to be fired also.
So you figure that the sheriff who is accused of drunkenly attacking a man in a bar should fire his own personnel who did not arrest him and also fire himself?

Really?

If the eye witness' account is confirmed by Attorney General Liz Murrill’s investigation, then the AG should charge any responding leo with malfeasance in office and have them removed. Is that better for you?

Well, we found Bobby’s TD name. Most people are saying Bobby got what he deserved. Sheriff needs to control his actions and will face consequences. but making Bobby as the victim is a joke.

The joke is people letting personal feelings about someone excuse police brutality and conduct unbefitting.

Bobby is a loudmouth overall and especially goes after Libs and such, so it’s funny to see those people now support police brutality.

So was Couvillion beaten so badly that it required ER attention?

Dude’s around 60. You get taken down hard, neck/back issues can easily be an issue.

police brutality

Police brutality by the fat, excessively drunk sheriff who hasn’t actually done police training in decades. The victim is a self-proclaimed bodyguard. Bobby went to the ER in a neck brace with a busted lip. That’s hilarious. If you’re on here, who is holding Bobby’s nuts?

Walked up behind one of his more vocal critics at the Keith Young’s bar, apparently drunk out of his mind, and attacked him.

Better than getting attacked from behind by the previous St Tammany Sheriff.

How is a cop assaulting someone while he is off duty police brutality? Was he off duty or on duty?

Randy is a POS of this highest order, however.......The fact that, after all the endless videos and FB posts and shite talking, that BC left on a stretcher in a neck brace is pretty pathetic. He ain't gonna live that down.

Sad for a grown arse man to brag, and post about getting his arse whooped. I would be ashamed, embarrassed, and definitely not posting about an arse beating. Imagine if that was your Dad.

Normal person in exact same situation - arrested and charged with assault and public drunkenness

Randy smith - no charges “were investigating” and still in control of law enforcement in the same parish as the “incident”

Dude should 10000% be on leave until this is resolved. Shouldn’t be taking as long as it is; witness statements, video is all needed.

Longer it goes without, better chance that dude skates…really frickin sad - you wanna act like that to be sheriff in Tensas parish
