read earlier in this thread that he accused Randy of havng an affair and tagged his wife in a Facebook post.
I believe someone else posted it and he tagged the wife, or maybe vice versa.

Its Madisonville. Their PD might have one cop on duty at any given time and he’s too busy trying to nail someone for speeding where Hwy 22 drops from 55 to 35 coming into town. No time to be bothered with assault and battery calls
Madisonville does not write a ticket until you reach the bridge by the post office.
If you're doing 55 at that point, you're an idiot and deserve all the tickets.

I have an eye witness account that Randy came up behind him, put him in a head lock and quickly rabbit punched him a few times, threw him to the ground and legit beat him down. Embarrassing for Bobby
If this is true, then whatever law enforcement(s) arrived to investigate the incident, yet didn't arrest Randy, need to be fired also.
Why does every fight in 2026 need to end in an arrest.
That's the problem with this country - people passing on to the cops the responsibility of handling their petty beefs...
We were a much better country when arse whoopings were arse whoopings and they kept people in line on their own.

I’m a pressure washer with a Randy smith fetish. How could I have been so careless as to reveal my secret identity? I would have gotten away with it if not for that meddling BMTiger
moron
Clearly you are Couvilliongrand

Thats Hwy 21, not Hwy 22
On 22 it drops from 55 to 35 just past Pennington’s hardware store heading eastbound. And there’s a Madisonville PD unit sitting there quite often

Back in the 80's they accepted cash payments on the roadside for speeding right there. Not kidding in the least. The Police Chief at the time finally went to jail after the FBI ran a case on him and sent some undercover agents speeding through town.

Derp. I misread it completely.

So you’re ok with what a sitting sheriff did here and it should be chalked up to some comeuppance? You’re ok with officers sucker punching people? Without arrest?

The pussy-arse 22nd JDC judges give regular folks charged with aggravated battery just a couple of years of probation. Someone like the sheriff will get a $50 fine.

from the incident report obtained by the media
I suppose we can assume that the AG and STPSO are negotiating with Randy Smith. Does he deserve that kind of special treatment? Does any elected official or law enforcement officer?
quote:nine eyewitnesses, photographic and cell phone video evidence, plus presumably the security video footage.
At least nine witnesses saw the disturbance, the report indicates, though their names have been redacted. Other submitted evidence included 36 photos of injuries to Couvillion and two Snapchat videos, one 12-second-long clip and another 2-second-long clip.
The incident report otherwise contains little other information about what transpired at the steakhouse. It confirms that Smith is a suspect and Couvillion is the alleged victim.

I passed by Young’s 30 or so minutes ago and saw (2) WDSU cars parked on the shoulder of 21 across from the entrance. No cameras, just the vehicles. I wondered if news was breaking Smith was being charged for his crimes last Friday.
Guess they were wasting time reporting the same shite for the fifth day in a row.

It’s not just the sheriff that kicks arse.
So does the lunch menu steak sandwich.

Eating a steak sandwich is the pinnacle of poor.
Just get the damn steak and eat it proper.

Contrary to what most people think, the First Amendment does NOT give you the right to say anything you want. You are a moron if you think that is true. The purpose for it is to protect political speech by people and institutions from reprisals from the government.
But if you don’t believe me, go to a crowded movie theater and yell fire. Then when you get arrested, assert your First Amendment and see how much that helps.?

You do realize it’s not limited to political speech, right? The whole “fire in a crowded theater ruling from 1919 (Schenck v. United States) was itself over ruled in 1969.
For speech to be considered possibly “illegal” there are two questions used as test. 1. Was the speech intended to incite violence? 2. Was there a good likelihood that speech would be successful in inciting violence?
If the answer is no to either, have at it. It’s not illegal.
