It’s not just the Plaza Tower that are abandoned/decaying properties. Six Flags in New Orleans East, Charity Hospital, Old Navy Facility in the Bywater. All these properties need to be demolished. But nothing will ever be done because the city is run by morons and they have no money. The only way the property owners will do anything is if the state or federal governments gives them money for the property (whether to renovate or demolish).
Solution? IDK. Maybe stop looking at Tower and look at the $23 million LED lights installed on the CCC. LOL.

Go drive on I-10, I-12, I-55, etc., in South Louisiana. People are driving like bats out of hell. Jacked up 4x4’s, Jeeps with mudder tires, new Tahoes, Suburbans, Expeditions, Sequoias, all kinds of gas guzzlers. And everyone running 80+mph.

Absolutely love my 2018 Ridgeline. Does exactly what I need it to do. It’s easy to wash, change oil, rotate tires, etc. I do all those myself. Great ride, AWD, very quiet and handles great. It’s built in Alabama by non-union, American loving, baws and bawettes. It has one of the highest domestic percentage contents of any pickup truck on the market. It won’t win any acceleration contests, but does have a 111 mph top speed.

The oil pump is driven by a wet belt which is located at the rear of the engine. The transmission can be unbolted from the engine and slid back (or removed) to gain access to the cover, which covers the belt. Not sure of the current maintenance interval, but had saw 150k miles. Several youtube videos showing replacement and estimated cost.

Yes, BUT! You actually have no way of determining “honorable, upstanding individuals”. Your co-worker, friend, neighbor, could seem to be reasonable, etc., but in actuality they support Kamelo.
