Who is paying for SWB’s lawsuit and what do they have to gain from this?
SWB’s lawsuit shows that the parish form of government favors the City of BR over unincorporated areas. If the metro council form of government is one then we should just have one parish law enforcement agency, one fire department, one constable, and one court system.
This form of government needs to be abolished and BR needs it own government and the parish needs it own government. This way you protect parish interests along with finances and the City of BR does the same thing.

The majority of people who voted, voted for StG... everybody had a chance to have their say and let majority win... StG won... that is elections, and that is life...
Now, if my house catches on fire, BRFD isn't the ones coming to put it out... so, I'm tired of paying them for a service I dont receive...
if my house is broken into, BRPD doesn't come investigate... so I am paying for a service I won't receive...
BR refused to incorporate my area, but still wants my money... I said no, with a smile, because I would rather my money stay at home than go to some city whose services are not granted to me
