Yeah, the problem with that is you would have to get out of the place, and strips know their cash. A student section at a football game would be wild because you could easily get lost in the crowd while being able to watch the carnage. Same with a crowded dance floor at a bar.
I can promise you, I have wasted copious amounts of time thinking about this. And by doing so I believe I may have come up with the perfect scenario. A PETA (not PITA, those are delicious) protest rally on a windy day.

Buddy brought back a suitcase of Saddam money from Iraq (Dinars I think?) and was handing it out to all the bums around Fayetteville and telling them they could cash it in for dollars at any bank. The CG of Ft. Bragg put out an ALCON memo to the base to stop doing that. He quit and quit telling people about it as well.

A few years ago I found a fake 20 lying on the sidewalk on two separate occasions. Of course like an idiot I got excited and picked them both up before I realized that it had "for motion picture use only" printed on the bill. I later found out that Amazon sold bundles of these and the Secret Service had asked them to stop but Amazon refused because it was discretely marked as non legal tender.
I posted this story during the George Floyd riots. I would bet dollars to donuts that is what happened to Floyd. He saw one of these fake Amazon bills lying on the sidewalk as a jackass lure, picked it up and tried to use it in a store. It's not like he was some sophisticated criminal with ties to an organized counterfeiting ring.
Cops were summoned, he resisted arrest with a bunch of fentanyl coursing through his system and the rest is history.

I have a feeling it would go down like the radio station who promoted that they were dropping eggs for Easter from their chopper filled with $100 bills. Instead the eggs were filled with April Fools notes. The mob ransacked the station and overturned the station van.
