That place is maybe 300 sq ft. Seems kinda steep
The Lot isn't. Someone could raze that structure and do something very profitable from it if done right, from a retail store at ground level and lofts over it to a multi-story restaurant & grill with a patio overlooking Chimes.

Icabods was next to it at 136 W Chimes. It's been Slinky's since late 90s.

This was before the Developer flew into Baton Rouge. He changed his mind once he visited Baton Rouge.

Directly next door to what was North Gate Tavern in 2007. No sign or anything.

Legend has it that Tigerdroppings was founded at Slinkeys. The html code was written on a bar napkin.

RIP. Northgate loses another one. They had good beer before good beer was cool. Plus they had a decent pool table and nudie mag pages on the wall above the urinal.

Ice was delicious.

Just don't pick up the pool table. That will get you banned in a heartbeat. I'm so sad about this. And for the love of God, no glass on the porch.

Why can't anything stay open in the northgate area? Except Geauld Tiger, that place is the shite.
