The Lot isn't. Someone could raze that structure and do something very profitable from it if done right, from a retail store at ground level and lofts over it to a multi-story restaurant & grill with a patio overlooking Chimes.

This was before the Developer flew into Baton Rouge. He changed his mind once he visited Baton Rouge.

Directly next door to what was North Gate Tavern in 2007. No sign or anything.

RIP. Northgate loses another one. They had good beer before good beer was cool. Plus they had a decent pool table and nudie mag pages on the wall above the urinal.
