Pretty sure people on the spectrum can function at a normal level. Don't think it's the same thing as "mentally handicapped."

Don’t agree. They should be allowed to do whatever their capabilities allow but since we are playing, same should go for ADHD. It’s covered in the Americans with disabilities act. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. How does that sit?

Read the history behind one of the worst Supreme Court decisions ever in Buck vs. Bell. The woman was raped, became pregnant and then deemed mentally incompetent, despite third persons testifying after the procedure in her later years she was of normal health.

No one should be allowed to have children without first proving that they're financially and emotionally capable of raising them to adulthood without public assistance. Birth licenses should be as common as drivers licenses.
