He wasn’t in the first episode (think he was in episode 2 or 3), but Ryan landed on his feet with his honky tonk girlfriend.
Why would he need to be shot?
Ruth’s Chris would be my initial thought.
Ruffino’s has (at least used to) private rooms available.
Jubans would be another option, although I have not recently heard many good reviews.
Supper club has private options, but this would be pricey.
Might try Stab’s on Jefferson.
In the stadium in utero. Don’t remember my “first” game.
First game I actually remember was Ohio State 1987.

Rate is $900 for 4 people. I’m assuming this includes fish cleaning.
If the guy works hard and is likeable, what is standard tip?

New Orleans is an incredible city when it comes to sandwiches

Even if you don’t count poboys and muffs, there’s so many good sandwich options.
The ones mentioned in this thread, plus stein’s, countless bahn mi spots, martins, R&O’s.
I love sandwiches. BR has a few good options, but nothing like Nola.
New LD history show on HBO. First episode was below average, IMO.
First skit(declaration of independence) was funny, but it was all recycled material.
Second skit(telephone) was ok, but (again) recycled material. Wasn’t any different than any interaction he had with his cousin in Curb.
Third skit (ww1) was ok. Joke about the noises was the best part.
Last skit (Rosa Parks) was far and away the best skit of the show. It was original and funny and clever.
Overall B-
I hope they do better going forward. Hopefully there is some more original content, as opposed to recycling Curb jokes.
Bump
Improved on the deli special by adding marinated peppers.
Little extra flavor, little extra texture
So good

This is a terrible show.
It does draw you in and keep you engaged.
I’m actually thinking it might have been AI generated.
I have a structured settlement, but I need cash now!
Call JG Wentworth!

Hell of a bump. This made me think there was a new season out.
Drops 6/25, btw.
Long time lurker, never posted
Penelope Rio is amazing
This is small potatoes(small brain) thinking.
We should utilize the compliance dept to provide their knowledge of the rules to assist in breaking said rules, yet maintaining plausible deniability of breaking said rules.
Two of your best players were vets. Milan and Brown just weren’t that type of leader.
Just finished BB rewatch, in season 6 of Justified rewatch.
For me BB is hard to watch. Was painfully slow at times, and so many hateable characters. WW is arguably the evilest of all the evil protagonist (Vic Mackey and Tony Soprano would like a word). It’s great tv, but not my favorite.
Justified is one of my all time favorites. I love the dialogue in Justified. some of the secondary characters were phenomenal: mags bennet, Wynn Duffy, Elstin Limehouse, judge Reardon, dickie bennet, Dewey crow. Also Winona was so fine.
Obviously subjective, but justified>BB
