Just a horrible situation. Guy has a 5 yo and would be paralyzed from the neck down if he makes it. Thug should’ve been in jail.

My understanding is he had only been on the job two weeks. He was a hero here.

Has there been any mention of the other person in the original altercation?

It seems important to know more about this, especially if the woman the criminal was having an altercation with turns out to have been another random target who was trying to fight him off.

The officer is a hero no matter what, but especially seems so based on the thug's incursion in the other girl's driveway.

Just given the information and record so far on the dead thug; he definitely was willing to take it to the next level.

There is no telling what past violent crimes he is responsible for.

I`m sure his picture, DNA and weapon are being checked on some cold cases.

All indications are the rookie performed very well considering it was his second day on the job. Also have heard he is former military

It’s infuriating! Judges and DAs must be held accountable. If as a judge or DA you let a criminal walk and he fricks up again, then YOU are responsible
