That tPOS should have been permanently locked up. What a failed criminal justice system in Baton Rouge. There’s 100’s of these same thugs roaming freely looking to commit violent crime. Makes your blood boil.

Absolutely! He got a plea deal in 2015 for armed robbery. Armed robbery in La is 10-99 years! He got nothing. The system is broke. Until judges and lawyers are held accountable for freeing criminals, nothing will change

This hero was out on our streets fighting white supremacy. We can't blame him for his actions. Everything he has done in his life is the fault of people like Donald Trump. Our judges know this.

It was renamed a fairly long time ago. A gesture made after some complaining about the lack of a roadway honoring MLK. (Apparently that is required, along with removal of racist statues.) Getting along to get along. They knew right where to put it though.

I hate to say it but I’m hearing from “within” that the officer is on life support and he is not going to make it. They are waiting for family members to come in. I hope I’m wrong but this is what I’m being told.

I’ve told my wife to come home if I’m home that I’d call the police and have them waiting. If they didn’t show up in time I’d be ready to test my accuracy.
If I’m not home drive straight to nearest sheriffs office or police station and get the dispatch on the phone.

Has there been any mention of the other person in the original altercation? He or she or what it was that prompted the police response?
