I’ve heard they did a cat scan on his head and they got nothing. He is brain dead on life support.

The investigative report was released and answers some of the questions we had. He did not know the woman that was the other half of the “domestic dispute”. He was definitely looking to hurt or kill someone. Likely he wanted to hurt or kill a cop since he didn’t harm the other people then immediately fired on Officer Kelly and the trainee.
