I don't see how he could get convicted of wrongdoing on this one.

100% justified. You don't come at someone with a weapon and start swinging away.

Although when did the second shot come? Was there a third one?

The first was obviously when he was in the car with 31 seconds left. Was the second right after when getting out or at 28 seconds left?

is their a former saint involved?

justified. shoot to kill. self defense isn't shoot to injure.

First shot came from inside car, knocked the victim back against other car. Second shot came with shooter getting out of his vehicle. 3rd shot came with shooter outside vehicle, victim hunched over, slumped against the other car(looks like either bullet went thru or he missed the shoulder/neck area because the car window behind the victim cracks), 4th and final shot, comes after another has stepped in between the two, and is holding the shooters right arm, victim hunched all the way over, shooter extends arm over the middle guy, and fires nearly point blank to the back of the head.
