Wasn’t there a company headquartered in Minden, that just sold for billions, that should be on this list.

Tigerdroppings should be on there

The Advocate apparently didn't do their research. . . Chouest (15) owns Bollinger (12).

I’m worried that LSU will struggle in the future because of brain drain and the inability to attract student athletes.

The entire article is completely incorrect. Let’s see which companies use it for their marketing campaigns

Weird list. Would Poolcorp not belong on here somewhere? Someone said Reily Foods which is another very profitable outfit.

It’s never been a state known for HQs or anything. I mean, aside from old defunct provincial shite like United Fruit Company. Mostly long gone. 90% of it has always been a place to be pillaged by outside interests. A regional HQ for an oil company is about as glamorous as it ever got in LA. We did produce a lot of very well known brands that went big time and eventually got purchased, like Progresso soup.

Or picked up stakes for a better location, like Delta Airlines.

9. Laitram, Harahan
Someone familiar with them said in front of me they are run like Scandinavians owned it.
That was meant as a compliment.

Probably because Oschner masquerades as a nonprofit corporation but acts and pays its leadership team like a for profit entity in the seven to eight figures.
No Rouses on the list. I am very disappointed.
Description for Lamar is also wrong, they are pretty much a nationwide billboard company now. 10 states my arse.
