9:30 to 3:30, two hours of commuting per day, and I rarely take a formal lunch break (I'm not a lunch person).
I click through my emails at night and usually have to reply to something that is time sensitive, so I count that as another 1 hour per week.

Which is why you're not on salary.

8:15-4:30 usually
Commute is about 15 minutes in the morning and 25 or so in the evenings. It's 5.5 miles.

Depends on if it's busy season. Can be 7:30-5:00 with working through lunch and working Saturdays. Can be cutting out early. Commute varies as well.

Fifteen minute commute.
Hours are typically 9:00-4:00 M-Th and 9:00-11:30 on Friday.
But if I so choose I can work from the house.

Yeah, if I am going into the physical office, there's no way I'm there before 9:30.
First - my clients are all west coast so nobody is emailing me until about 10:00. Second - I purposely take care of anything pressing (that would normally be done early in the morning) the night before.
I've never been a morning person, so I'd much rather put in an hour the night before if something important comes up than to wake up stressing about it first thing in the morning.

I work 8-ish hours a day and my commute from my bed to my desk is about 1 minute.
I also travel some for work - about 30% travel. Naturally those are longer days

Supposed to be 7-3:30, but I rarely get there at or before 7 and rarely leave at or after 3:30...

Work from home, so commute is about 14 seconds or however long it takes me to walk up the stairs to my office.
Hours vary. Usually start the day by 8:30AM at the very latest. Some days I'm done by 2:30 but still check emails periodically for the rest of the day/night. Some other days, I'm still frantically working at 8:30 PM.
I rarely take a lunch break but do walk away from the computer periodically for 10-15 minutes at a time if I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I find that I'm much more efficient this way than on the days when I travel to HQ or one of our other offices. Way too many damn distractions.
Working from home takes discipline and isn't for everyone, but it certainly works for me.
