The ncaa said in their statement denying the waiver that documentation has to be provided at time of students capacitation. They cited a doctors note from 2022 that Trinidad was doing well. Ignoring the other documentation, coaches own statements, etc.

Ten years ago we have no recourse. I have a feeling a courtroom will have a different take and won’t allow the ncaa to omit pertinent information that favors our case.
