It’s somewhere around 9%, which is lower than London and Paris. One of things I find refreshing about Moscow is that it remains an overwhelming Russian city. Going to Moscow doesn’t me me sad, like going to Paris does. And I appreciate that.
There’s also a difference between, let’s say, Dagestan and Chechnya, and Tatarstan. The Volga Tatars are culturally Russian at this point. And the future looks promising for the Russians too, their mass media is causing problems for the Muslim population inside the Federation. They just have trouble competing with it.
Whereas we have mass media that damages our culture (Hollywood is anti Christian and anti American) their mass media promotes Russia and Russian culture and god bless them for that.

Media hasn't said anything about it here. Russians tell me about thinking is different. Russian history says different too. Mongols had extreme corruption. That continued through until present day Russia. It was the Mongol local chiefs then the Boyars, then the Commie Party leaders, now the oligarchs who call the shots. No one else has a says as they get ripped off, even have to work without pay from days to months at a time.

Russia wants a homogeneous value system for various reasons many nefarious. The US was founded on the melding of various sets of values for better or worse.
