Rousey vs. Mayweather - who wins?

It seems to be pretty fashionable on sports radio these days for people to claim that Rousey would beat Mayweather in a fight.
I like Rousey a lot, and I really dislike Floyd, but although I think he deserves to get his arse kicked by a woman, it just wouldn't happen. People keep saying that Ronda would just grab him and arm bar him, etc., but I think he'd knock her the frick out long before she could ever get a hold of him.
Especially if he gets to wear those thin MMA gloves. One good punch as she's attempting to rush in and "grab" him and Ronda becomes the neighborhood watch captain of Queer Street.

I dislike Floyd, but she's never been hit by a male professional championship boxer. No one she spars with could even begin to simulate his ability, leaving her woefully unprepared to meet him in combat.
In turn, he could surround himself with quality grapplers to mimic her ability. He's got the money to assemble a superior camp.
Essentially, it'd be easier for him to prepare for a submission fighter than it would be for her to prepare for one of the most elite fighters of his time.
