Exactly. She could beat him if she could get her hands on him but if she eats a punch trying to shoot on him, it's going to be lights out

You mean that stooge who wore one boxing glove into the cage against Royce Gracie in his prime? I don't think that's a good comparison, but I still think you are right. If she can shoot in on him without getting knocked out, I think she would win.
ETA: on another note, UFC 1 was awesome. The closest you can get to a real life version of Street Fighter 2

A lot more recent than ufc1...
Randy Couture fought Toney who was only a few years removed from being the heavyweight boxing champion.
Dominated him with total ease. Toyed with him a bit, then ended it after a couple of minutes and said after he could have ended it in seconds if he chose to.

i'd imagine FM would do less to prepare for a fight with a girl
he was a legit boxer who was ranked, though. i think topped out at 7th. royce gracie also wasn't that great at BJJ compared to the greats and it has advanced since then. FM still has a major physical advantage but BJJ > boxing by a VERY large margin if all physicality is equal

Have yall not watched Rousey, she looks like a girl, she has poor balance and very weak strikes. I doubt she could come close to getting Matwesther on the ground

Speed kills. His jab and speed would just overwhelm RR. That armbar would never be put on Mayweather. She may land a few kicks and that's about it. My .02

Well, I'm gonna go with the guy who is one of the quickest fighters in the history of planet earth. I also can't help but think Floyd is stronger, even if they are the same size.
