When I lived in Europe in the late 1990’s, they had a television show called Scanners or something like that. It was in German or maybe even Flemish I think but the show consisted of a guy asking to see a room and then busting out a black light while hotel staff were standing there. It was pretty funny but, sadly, got predictable.

They even have rooms that you can smoke in. Also it is close to UMMC which is a level 1 trauma center which will come in handy after you get shot because you are in Jackson.
