As a minor? I'm confused. Sorry. I really would like to know why it was legal for 17 year old Kyle to carry an AR. The law I've Googled said 21

Because WI law only criminalized possession of shotguns and rifles with barrels beyond a certain length. The AR didn't meet those qualifications.

Yeah I read that. The law is contradicted by the statute. Which really makes no sense from an enforcement standpoint.
