I have a double oven. The lower is home to a pizza stone .In my refrigerator freezer I keep frozen dough sized for individual pizzas. I know the thaw out time.
I have two pizza piels, and all the ingredients.
There's a pizza place over in Asheville NC (that used to be called Marco's) that is so good, we do buy there when we're over there. Otherwise, my home made crusts with ingredients we love more that cover the franchise pizzas that are available and avoidable.

But their buildings will live on forever in some form or fashion
One of those Discovery "When nature takes back over" post-apocalyptic type shows should show nature completely returning the cities to forest, but the red roofs still there.
That's what'll happen.

I have an Ooni and it makes legit pizzas, but the damn thing just sits in my garage and I order from local pizza places
It's so messy to make pizza

Yeah jets is pretty good.
I actually bought a pizza steel recently and have been making 14” New York style pizzas at home. They’ve been delicious. Saw this guy making em in YouTube and had to try it out.

Pizza Hut has been literal shite for years. I mean if you have to order fast food pizza it’s Papa John’s, Dominos, grocery store frozen….in that order!!!

The lunch buffet offered in the late 90s was the bomb. There was a Pizza Hut on the grounds of the shopping center I worked in; we hit it up on the regular.

Fun Fact Yum Brands also owns KFC.
They also own Taco Bell. Since Pepsi owns Yum Brands I wonder if there is a clause that locks the future Pizza Hut owners into Pepsi Products.
That has been my biggest issue with Pizza Hut. No Coke products.
I guess we can say good bye to the KFC Taco Hut, Taco Hut, or KFC Hut. When some fanchisees blended the restaurants together.
Yeah, they're HQ'd here in Louisville (Yum Brands).

Pizza Hut was spiraling away long ago.

It's incredible that Pizza Hut's value is placed at 2.7 billion but a driverless taxi company is valued at over 100 billion dollars. The future happens fast sometimes, I guess.

Pizza Hut would provide “the strongest path” to maximize shareholder value
And thats what destroyed the brand to begin with and left it with LESS shareholder value.
The strongest path is to bring back the 80's recipes and methods and produce a product someone wants to buy. And also competency in making and delivery of said product.
But it wouldn't surprise me if it was soon relegated to being gas station pizza.

brings back memories of my highschool days, when the PH was the only chain restaurant in town and the parking lot was the Friday/Saturday night hangout

I liked Pizza Hut a lot back in the 80's 90's. Then suddenly around the end of the 90's our local sit down restaurants in Baton Rouge with the buffets closed and all the take out/ delivery stores service went to absolute shite. Like literally almost overnight.... you couldnt even get them to answer the phone to place an order and if you could reach them it would be a two hour wait. It was so bizarre how to me how fast their business seemed to just collapse.

I don’t know how you PE Pizza Hut pizza any more than they already did. It’s junk.
They might be headed the Little Caesars route
