Non trash fans that don't trash businesses. If that's racist, well maybe the trash fans should take ownership in that

Basic white bitches looooove to tip well. Its part of their identity. I think T Swift may even have a song about it.

I would love for the race baiting assholes to list all the places that close.
And they would probably be dumb enough to include Walk On’s because they closed that year when they legit had a sewer/water pipe break.
And I have to add, that half the white population goes to the beaches during the week of the 4th of July, so it makes sense for many places to close.

I don't think it's a large # of places that regularly close for bayou classic/essence

One of the comments from X was spot on:
"It's almost like they're being judged by the content of their character"

White people buy more shite, tip more, and aren't as disruptive to business. Sorry, it's just true.

It was definitely more of a thing but most of them have been shamed into staying open now

It used to be a thing, but hardly anyone closes anymore. Just someone trying to stir up a non-problem.

Ehh it's pretty common for restaurants to close for "repairs" or "due to staffing issues" during these things. Maybe not every day, but a day or two. 3 people splitting one entree, sneaking in their own liquor and demanding free soft drink refills, then not tipping at all will do that.

ETA:

Maybe not anymore, I'm not there these days. Back in the 2012-2015 timeframe we definitely saw this.

And it’s amazing that people can’t understand that the Essence crowd is nothing like the Bayou Classic crowd.
