Control of Muscovy ducks. Anywhere in the contiguous United States except in Hidalgo, Starr, and Zapata Counties in Texas, and in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories and possessions, landowners and Federal, State, Tribal, and local wildlife management agencies, and their tenants, employees, or agents may, without a Federal permit, remove or destroy Muscovy ducks (Cairina moschata) (including hybrids of Muscovy ducks), or their nests, or eggs at any time when found. Any authorized person may temporarily possess, transport, and dispose of Muscovy ducks taken under this order.

Kid is just doing work. He just needs to work on his method of control.

Do I need a permit to remove Muscovy ducks from my property?

No, a permit is not needed to remove Muscovy ducks using humane methods of live capture, typically using nets or cage traps. All traps must be checked at least once every 24 hours, and any captured non-target species must be released on site. Muscovy ducks may also be taken by use of a firearm on private property during daylight hours with landowner permission. Must use non-toxic shot or bullets. Use of PCP, airguns is prohibited. Please check with the local sheriff’s office or police department for firearm ordinances before discharging a firearm. All euthanized birds must be disposed of by burial or incineration.

I like the 12-team format

I'm a fan of 8 teams, because I don't like the bye weeks. 8 should go to 16 and 16 is way too many. So 8.

Bye weeks in all playoff formats irritate me. I just don't think it's fair to get a week off to play the worst team in the second round. It's a double reward and also extends the season longer.

Baseball and basketball are where it gets me the most, needs to be less teams and longer series.

Top 12 teams, eliminate all set-asides.

Isn't this just like what we thought the 4 team playoff would be. Just the top 4 BCS ranked teams.

We have yet to get what we thought we'd get.
The last Jersey I bought was No. 42 Sharper
The saints have drafted 4 WRs in the 1st round since 2002, none have made the pro-bowl.

Wes Chandler is the only Saints 1st Rd WR drafted in 1979 to ever make the Pro-bowl.

Olave may have a chance this year, but would you pick him again given the opportunity?

I do think the 2nd Rd is where to draft them though, just not 1st.
You think Miami fans should retire Mario jerseys?
or
NYG Taylor
SF Rice and Montana
Chi Payton
Det Sanders
etc...

NO is the answer.

we don’t need to go WR in 1st

1st Rd WRs are never, never, ever needed.

A Song Of St. Nicholas

Thought this was beautiful and wanted to share, Merry Christmas!

A Song Of St. Nicholas
There was a good bishop who lived long ago
His memory is glorious, His legends are bold
We call him St Nicholas, a servant of Christ
Who loved little children and taught what was
right
He is Father Christmas and Santa Claus too
He helped many people, the stories are true
At Christmas he calls to us, both young and old
To see that the story of Jesus is told
The gifts that he brings us are signs of the love
That comes down at Christmas from heaven above
We see Mother Mary, the babe in the stall,
With Joseph, the wise men and shepherds and all
O blessed St Nik'las we hail you today
The patron of many, you show us the way
To be good and generous, to help those in need
To be kind to others in both word and deed
The Greatest Show on Turf

Kurt Warner had
Isaac Bruce, Torry Holt, and Marshall Faulk

SF had Jerry Rice and Taylor then Owens
Raiders had Rice and Brown
Minn had Carter and Carter, then Carter and Moss
Miami had Clayton and Duper

You think it's all made up anyway, so I don't this particular detail will sway your vote.

Given what Mickelson and other biblical scholars report, Mary and Joseph likely did not stay at a traveler’s inn. They probably stayed at a family home since Joseph’s family was from Bethlehem.

This is the OT edd, there is just so much soy here.
We should just drop off 50lbs bags of rice per month to these people and get rid of food stamps all together.

It wasn't a hotel/inn it was a guest house, so they stayed in the main room, where animals were brought inside at night.

Mary and Joseph were turned away for being Jewish

Nope, it was Joseph's family's house, and Bethlehem is a Jewish city in Judea.

Why?

Objectively or at least by consensus, it is the best composed Christmas Song in existence.

How can Catholics be republicans?

This is why Catholics historically have been Democrats

Republican care for the poor through charitable organizations, but have been weary of doing it through government. Charity Hospitals existed because of Catholics, government effectively shut these down. Republicans can do better, but they/we feel abused and taken advantage of.

Everybody wanting and trying to be rich is a problem. Modest living should be acceptable again. I'll blame this on feminism.

Here is a better specific, non-arbitrary, definition:
One who says they're Catholic, but does not:
1. attend Mass on Sundays and on holy days of obligation
2. confess your sins at least once a year.
3. receive the sacrament of the Eucharist at least during the Easter season
4. observe the days of fasting and abstinence established by the Church
5. provide for the needs of the Church
6. believe all 255 dogmas

And the judge that set only a 50k bond needs to be disrobed. He can get out with a Bail Bondsman for only $6k

Bail requires defendants to pay the full amount upfront, while bonds only require defendants to pay 10-20% of the set bail amount.

The way this reads says bail would be 500,000
There is no information on Bond amount with the jail, 50,000 is listed the last time he was arrested.
