Reasons You Were Fired from Part Time Jobs in High School and College

1. Getting High at Work
2. Ditching Work to go to the beach for a weekend.
3. Running in a track meet rather than go to work (I had the flu the week of qualifying and didn't think I'd place as well as I did, so I didn't ask off for the following week.)
4. They found out I'm allergic to yellow jackets the hard way.
5. Got pissed my boss was 2 hours late to countdown the nightly take, so I took it home and brought it back on Monday. He was not pleased...fricking coke head.
After that it was all internships and real jobs.

when i bartended for a catering company in high school and freshman year of college we used to get hammered everytime we worked. Boss used to always threaten to fire us, but we never did anything stupid and we were always on time and did a good job so he never fired us

I guessed wrong on a lady's race over the phone, she called and made a complaint and had me fired the next day.

I've never officially been fired. Upon submitting my two weeks notice, I was told I no longer needed to show up about a week into that two weeks. That's about the closest.

I worked at a country club in college. The director thought some of the employees were stealing beer/liquor and having parties on the golf course at night (we were). I wasn't fired because they couldn't prove anything, but they did suddenly stop scheduling me to work

All in High School:
1. Made smoke bomb at A&P. Filled the entire back warehouse with smoke and the alarms went off. Employees were happy... Boss not so much.
2. Shooting expired eggs off the roof of the Winn-Dixie at cars on North Causeway approach with water balloon slingshot.

Went swimming with some females at a friend's party (didn't have trunks, borrowed my buddy's who weighed about 275)) Thought I locked keys in my truck, turns out I drunkenly hid them, called pop a lock, trunks fell down while searching for non-existent keys in truck as alarm is going off. Didn't find keys till the next afternoon. No pants, no call, no show.

A combination of things - drinking too much on the job, giving too much free alcohol away, pissing in the kitchen sink one too many times, promoting body shots on the bar during business ours, fricking in the kitchen, fricking in dry storage, fricking in cold storage, fricking in the office - you know, the usual

At blue bayou I would sell people refills on their dippin dots for half price and keep the cash since they wouldn’t let us take tips.
The supervisor turned me in because it turns out they were buying the same cups from wholesalers and fudging the inventory. They would even take cups out of the trash, wash them out and put them back in the inventory to pad the numbers.
