Whoever cooked those is absolutely terrible at cooking steak.

I like my steak about a 1.25 but it has to be brought to room temperature before cooking or it will be cold inside, especially a thick cut.

My Dad liked everything cooked well done..The hamburgers had crispy edges..The only piece meat I like well done is flank steak..everything else is a 2 or 3 with a well done outside.

1 maybe 2 but no more. I eat a pound or two of fresh raw ground chuck a week. I like the taste of beef.
