It's on 6 acres. I'm sure there is plenty of privacy in the back. People that own those types of homes aren't like your trailer park. They don't sit in the front yard smoking cigs and grilling bologna.

Why would you file deedS? More than one? And why under a LLC?

That pool could barely fit my wife. No thanks.

It's a pretty damn big pool. Look at the hot tub. If a person was sitting in it, think of his size compared to the pool. I think it's a shite that's higher than you think.

1.7m mansion.

Only in BROLA.

I think housing is a little expensive for what it is relative to other southern regions (outside of Atlanta of course). It’s is cheaper in Mobile, Memphis, Jackson, Montgomery, and Birmingham than in the SoLa cities.

DO. NOT. I. REPEAT. DO. NOT. Let someone buy that house. There was a fire in the garage that got soot and ash all over the house when it got into the AC system and was restored piss poorly by ServPro. The fire also caused structural damage to the house near the garage. The stucco was falling apart and there was a termite infestation (at least 2 years ago it did). One of the upstairs balconys was in real bad shape. It would cost over $1M just to restore the house.

...I did get a cool picture in his game room of his LSU, Patriots and Saints championships jerseys, helmets and gloves in a glass case.

I was working for a company that went to inspect what it would cost to fix some of the damage. I repeat, DO NOT BUY IT....unless the new owners dropped some serious cash into it. Blue Gay had moved out of that house at least 2-3 years before I went inspect it (2 years ago). His cousin was living it in but he too moved out and the house was abandoned for a year and you could tell.

It's not often you see a home going for under the tax assessed value. Damn.

His gardener and his fence company should never be allowed to conduct business.

Not long after Blue moved in his son left a sink running all day on the second floor. It got water all over the bathroom and got water in the theatre which was directly below the bathroom.

Sounds like he already sold it and it is no longer his mansion.
