re: Why did Tanner Reaves not come in after Pearson left for a pinch runner?

Simpson and Caraway are hurt (maybe even injured).
No clue on their eligibility after this season and I’m just throwing this out there, but is them not being available an attempt to be first into the portal when it opens up in the off season bc of how this season has gone?

any update on how the fight ended...?

re: Understanding why WW was fired helps understand LSU doing what they are doing

He was fired because Scott didn’t like him and quite frankly didn’t care about LSU basketball
i wanted not to believe this for the longest time. but it really is evident this was the case. Wade being back at lsu is a good thing for the basketball program and for the first time in a long time we are excited for basketball again. Woodward used WW as a scapegoat with the ncaa investigation and tanked the bball program into oblivion.

I pulled all of the data from 2009 to now. In 2009 the exit velo’s off the bats were so much faster than this year in 2026. We just aren’t hitting the ball as hard.
you've got to be shitting me... you been under a rock? surely this is a troll attempt and dang it you've got me hooked.
re: Thanks a lot skubal

wasn't it more an issue with the tigers not letting him throw any more for team usa? legit question, not meant to take up for skubal

just my 2 cents (not that it matters), but wasn't david ross on staff? not saying david ross lit the world on fire in his time as cubs manager, but he has managerial experience. hopefully for the olympics/next wbc usa gets someone with mlb managerial experience in the position.

great post. i've got 2 young kids. time seems to have sped up faster than expected since becoming a father. "it goes by faster than you're going to want it to" is something i seem to be realizing lately.

seriously? dude's missed what 15 games? i wouldn't be surprised if jay told him to go up there, try to lay a bunt down, but dont swing.
re: Is this the sorriest Tiger baseball squad in the last 10 years.
Posted by tigahland on 3/5/26 at 8:45 am to tigertracts
this team is going to be fine. let's check back in on this thread at the end of may going into june
wrong. programs outside of the sec/P4 that dont put money towards baseball would not be able to afford this. hell some schools in P4 couldn't afford this.

We can't lose to McNeese and be a national champion! No college baseball team has ever done anything like that! I guess we're done, see you next year.
kidding of course. didn't we get run ruled by northwestern late in the year last year? this team has plenty of time to rebound from last night's loss. learn from it and move on. go win the rest of the games this week and keep the momentum as schedule gets closer to sec play.
re: Why not play Harden.
Posted by tigahland on 2/19/26 at 8:53 am to MikeTheTiger58
are we really questioning Jay still in yr 5? dude knows what he's doing and im sure Harden will get his playing time. Im excited to see him play but Jay knows what he's doing and where to plug/play guys.

56 HRs, 140 RBI in the regular season is a tall ask, but I think he can do it.
i've got my melt ready. anything less than the above stat line is unacceptable imo
re: I’ll take the W. But concern with LSU giving up too many runs??
Posted by tigahland on 2/17/26 at 9:03 am to TigerFan244
not concerned. i think that is where the game is now. we are going to see more strikeouts and more HRs from all teams across the league/ncaa. with the exception being kentucky. they're scrappy.

it's a goofy movie that was never going to live up to the original HG. Dont go in with high expectations and it'll be fine. Ending was dumb af.
