St. George will be in the same category as Denham, Walker, Central and Praireville. Growing up in BR, we made fun of these towns.

Randall doesn't know how the system works.
since he dumped the house, he just might, but sounds like your typical pro athlete story about overindulgence and mismanagement of $, all fun and games until the cash flow dries up

I am aware. I lived the first 30 years of my life in BR. Once BR happens, I'll feel bad for all the CHS/SJA students that have to drive into the "city".

Must be a shitty house, because that’s cheap for that much square footage.
No one wants to pay 21,000 dollars in property taxes every year. Not sure if it flooded either. Also the pool is a joke for a house that size

I think they did flood. I think I remember some guy that died during the flood. I believe he was trying to hold onto a pier and got swept away

He was trying to help others but Mallard Lakes did not flood. Pretty much everything behind them did but that part did not.

I often delivered pizzas to Gay as well as his down-the-street neighbor(local restaurant owner). He tipped better than the restaurant owner.
He's okay by me.
He's okay by me.

Amedisys founder Bill Borne. He had been on a 4-wheeler checking out the property at night. May have hit deep water and drowned.
