I was legitimately scared for him when he was sleeping along side of the Airline canal between 310 and norco. So many alligators in that stretch. SCP sheriff’s office moved him across the spillway a few weeks ago.

He has a Facebook page dedicated to him. Search for the man pushing the carts.

He started in Florida and is on his way to Alaska. I saw his interview on Fox 8 I think it was.

I don't know how he sleeps on the side of the highway at night.

if he had a brain he wouldnt be doing this. but that said, if he was smart he would only move at night and sleep during the day

Thought he left from Tampa. Pretty impressive to get where his is now. Not sure how much help he has had along the way. He slept two nights next to the place where I work. I didn’t get a chance to talk to him but others did and that’s what he said.

I didn’t read the last thread on him but how is he moving all that shite? Is it all hitched together or does he just move it separately like 50 yards at a time?

I am always amazed at how people are so impressed by such feats !
For Christ sake people have been ( sailing the oceans, crossing continents, climbing mountain ranges and settling unsettled lands for thousands of years)
Just because a dude decides to walk across America on handouts or sails down the Mississippi in canoe is not impressive,it just means he had a couple of months to spare !!

pretty much, its all rolling carts connected together so he pulls them 100 yards or so one at a time supposedly every day

the carts are something like these

Could he at least buy a bicycle for $50 at goodwill to pull that mess?

It was fun watching him take over a month to get from old Jefferson to Ormond Blvd. At Ormond STCPSO bright him to st John. Then SJPSO brought him to Baton Rouge.

Had he not gotten the two rides he would likely still be working his way to Laplace.

He has no ID. Canada won't let him enter. Straight up has ZERO chance of going to Alaska.

He's not all there in the head. But at least he's not panhandling or stealing.

Probably the true motivation for moving along.

By next year he'll be north of St. Francisville. If he's lucky, he will be at the La.\Ms. border.

He has moved an inch.
Just passed him an hour ago.

Big fine black lady talking to him and she was very animated

She might have been doing an interview I don't know, but I swear to God he can probably feel the asphalt melting under him...
