Y'all Louisiana folks better be counting your blessings. I think I have finally figured it out, Ramone the Homeless Hoarder is the thing keeping the hurricanes at bay this year. You'd keep him around if you know what is good for you.

Someone gave him a generator. A freaking generator. Well, it’s actually one of the smaller inverters, probably a $1000 or more.
He was standing in the inside shoulder when I passed him yesterday, and he looked to be plugged into it with headphones in. I think he’s going to permanently live there.

I passed Ramone's "camp" yesterday - he hasn't moved an inch in at least two months. At what point does he get arrested for vagrancy or roadside littering?

Somehow I missed this thread. I saw that line of crap last month when I went to North La. On the weekend of 8/15 it was still in that area.
