Could he at least buy a bicycle for $50 at goodwill to pull that mess?
One of the OT ballers could buy him a truck & trailer, supply him with weekly gas cards, and some burial insurance. Some of ya'll could set up a foundation like the football boosters paying for NIL.
He might contribute more to our society than a few of these NIL millionaires do!

I suggested a horse and buggy since he had no license.
He's got mental issues. The total value of his stuff is less than the value of the carts. I gave him some MREs when he was in kenner.
He told me about Alaska. I explained to cross you need to go through Canada and prove you have the funds to make it to Alaska.

At his pace he'll never make Texas.

Caulk and float the wagon like on Oregon Trail. Might lose some supplies.

He should have crossed at the old bridge. Are there any ferries? A ferry would be his best bet.

If I were him I would be more worried about west of Amarillo where it's 70-80 miles between tiny towns.

Every story that I've heard or read about hiking the Appalachian Trail involves shedding anything that isn't essential within the first week. Just saying.

Does the Appalachian trail go to Alaska?

I am always amazed at how people are so impressed by such feats !

For Christ sake people have been ( sailing the oceans, crossing continents, climbing mountain ranges and settling unsettled lands for thousands of years)

What THIS guy is doing is more epic.

This is a matter of an insane level of will-power. OR just insanity.

He has no ID. Canada won't let him enter. Straight up has ZERO chance of going to Alaska.

People have no idea how strict oh Canada eh is when it comes to crossing over.

Oh, you have a DUI 5 years ago? Yeahhhhh can’t let you in bud. Sooory

Frankly, with all that shite he has on the side of a busy road, I can’t believe he hasn’t killed himself or someone else.

has he given up the dream? He has not moved in quite sometime. However, he has added some scaffolding to the fleet . . .

So he's still within five miles of the post from June 23rd? That's impressive

He hasn’t moved an inch since the St Charles sheriffs dropped him off in May. He’s still in the exact same spot. Just north of where 964 splits off of 61.

I can’t believe no one has run over him yet. It’s a pile of shite right on the shoulder.

Why hasn't law enforcement or someone in authority made him gtfo the road? Either someone is going to smoke him, or all his shite is going to end up impaling someone.

In St Charles Parish the Facebook Karen's fell in love with him.

So instead of removing the hazard, arresting him and throwing his junk away, which would have been unpopular.

They loaded him and his junk in a U-Haul and dropped him off at the St John Parish line.

Supposedly to "help him through a dangerous portion of the highway."

A few other sheriff's saw the genius in this plan and hustled him right on through their parishes by truck as well.

But yeah, it's a miracle no one has been killed yet.
