PSA: Why you should use brown eggs

I was making an egg salad sandwich today with some brown eggs I boiled. I peeled the egg, rinsed it, and then chopped it up. Added additional ingredients and when I was ready to mix I noticed a tiny speck of brown.
Upon closer inspection, it was a piece of the brown egg shell in my egg salad even after I had rinsed it off after peeling to get any micro pieces of shell off. I proceeded to fish it out and make my sandwich.
The point is that if it was a white egg, I never would have seen it. Then I would be eating my sandwich and eventually crunch down on eggs shell. We all know how much that sucks and you become timid to eat the rest of your sandwich. I owe the avoidance of this to using brown eggs.
So use brown eggs for boiling, frying, or scrambling. Much easier to catch shell bits you miss. Avoid future regret.
And white eggs are racist by the way so you can virtue signal as well using them.

I've never had egg shells in my food when I cook...ever. I don't see how it is so common for people.
Crack your damn eggs on a flat surface!

Just passing on some valuable life lessons. As soon as I realized why I caught the egg shell in the bowl, I just knew fellow OTers would want to know.
It’s mildly interesting.

Brown eggs come out their butt

Oh man, Friday, I really wanted an egg salad sandwich and I was just obsessing about it and I was like, 'Man, I'm gonna make one of those.' So Saturday, I went out and got, like, a dozen eggs and then I boiled them all and I just, I spent, I dunno, probably three hours, like three and a half hours making, you know, the mayonnaise, and the onions and paprika and, you know, the necessary accoutrement. And then, by the time I was done, I didn't really feel like like eating it.

What does any of this have to do with brown vs white eggs?

Ain’t nothing wrong with a little egg shell in your diet anyway. Extra calcium.

Egg salad is disgusting.

An egg will be the same color as the chicken's ear lobe. I bet you didn't know that did you?
For a really good egg buy yourself some Amerauacana hens. Maybe it is just the color but I truly do believe they taste the best.

I’ll admit that I had to google “do chickens have earlobes?”
