I get it, they can be a lot at times, but we don't want the boys watching videos of a monkey in a diaper shopping for groceries and trying to get into an elevator. The elevator is the least of the issue. IDK why I mentioned it. it is mostly the monkey shopping for junk food and toys.

How do we get her to stop? We only catch it by looking at the cameras as she deletes the youtube history (we think).

She is the perfect babysitter outside of that, are we over reacting?

Here is the video:

why? seems harmless. Would you rather them watch the woke cartoons with drag shows?

Your kids, your rules. What else isn't she listening to you about? Put out feelers for recommendations.

Why are you paying someone to sit there and watch Youtube videos? Tell her to at least put on a movie or pull out some coloring books or something.

I'd block Youtube.com for the period when you book her. Force her to do something dastardly like read to the kids.

Well if she can't listen to your request here, is she really a good babysitter?

and if you want to aggravate her, then pay the $14/year for whatever app gives you control of your wifi, and simply ban youtube from all devices. I did this with all my kids devices. Youtube is the devil.

We have, Ms. Rachel and some simple song videos.

I guess this videos hypnotizes them and shuts them down when they get a little too much.

What's the real problem here? That you don't know what to say to her? Or that you're afraid you'll come across as a micro-managing creeper?

Why would she delete the YT history? Have you had this conversation before?

I hate those little monkey f*cks with the best of them, but yes you are overreacting. Particularly if she’s great otherwise. And are you really one of those parents that try to keep your kids away from toys and junk food???

I don't think so, all those kinds of videos are so annoying.

Anything like that one or the similar ones they find. And then when they are a little older Fun Squad or Ninja Kidz. They all are awful.

Just tell her no YouTube and if she can't follow that rule, then find someone else.

'She's the perfect babysitter outside of rotting our kids' minds with inane videos nonstop even though we don't want her to, and deleting the history."

Dude, this isn't hard. Get a new fricking babysitter.
