Obama started the notion that you could pick and choose the laws you wanted to enforce, and as things evolved we now have public officials who swore to uphold law and order deciding which laws they want enforced.

Well, that's who you send the feds in to arrest. The feds don't hesitate to arrest local elected officials around here who give a trashcan cleaning contract to their brother in law. Surely, sedition falls under the crimes for which a fed can come in and make an arrest of a local elected official.
