Are they lower middle class to poor? Because if so, I want to be the taste testing judge of that cool off.

They do know that fried chicken was invented by the scots-Irish, right?
But the West Africans were the first to fry chicken

Not from what I’ve researched. There is evidence of fried chicken recipes dating back before West Africans came to the new world

I was not impressed by the sandwich. So unless the random town in North Mississippi didnt know how to make it, Ill hold off on trying it again.

Black people over-seasoning their food is a result of their having to make do with spoiled food
Cajuns do it,because they used to eat some really fricked up shite

Not really. The Romans were frying chicken as early as the 4th century.

They fried unseasoned chicken in fat.
West Africans seasoned and battered the chicken. . .which is what we consider fried chicken.

and also, you would not have considered that fried chicken.
Why do people care so much if African people get credit for something?

Writing an article sourced from random Twitter posts is the laziest and lowest form of "journalism" in existence.

But why do you think this is unique to black people? One of the main reasons spices were so valuable is that they could mask the taste of tainted food and make it edible,
Especially on long voyages.
And that long predated slavery in the Americas

Chick-fil-A’s version, she wrote, tasted as if it were made “by a white woman named Sarah who grew up around black people.” The Popeyes sandwich, she added, tasted “like it was cooked by an older black lady named Lucille.”
I wonder if there is any correlation to be drawn here. One place treats you like a human and the other like an animal.
