People who have joint Facebook accounts

What do you think when you see one of these? Do you automatically assume that one of them cheated in the past?
Also,
It seems like joint accounts are used almost exclusively by the women and not the men in the couple.

One of them is cheating or has been in the past.

I don't assume, it's what happened. No reason to have a joint account other than a lack of trust that came from something one of them did.

I thought it meant they were swingers.

I know people who have only one email account...
...supposedly.

I don't understand how the woman running an account with her and her spouse's name on it would prevent cheating.
I assume one of them, usually the guy, hasn't gone on facebook in at least a decade if ever and the other is just attention surfing.

Call it what you want, but it’s the wife’s account.
Gotta keep controls on what you project out to the world.

It could be the husband's...if the wife also has a dick.

Admitting ignorance here, but if there’s a trust issue, wouldn’t it work better to have passwords to each other’s accounts? Or to just not have any social media accounts at all?
Guess I’m not clear on what sharing an account solves in the concern is cheating.

I think it is strange. I also think people underestimate some couples out their having the same of everything. 1 bank account, 1 social media, 1 amazon, 1 email, 1 literally everything.
Some of those are reasonable... 1 joint FB account is not.

In the age of young kids that has a school that still uses social media to post pictures/updates; I just assume one of them has no desire to have social media (usually the husband) but wants to be able to jump on and see what's going on at the kids' school/camp.
No idea why they need to include the 2nd name.
Also, I know of 2 couples that have separate accounts and the wife does 100% of the posting on both accounts, even for her birthday and their anniversary
