if that was the case, the glans wouldn't have evolved to that shape, and it would have just been about length... but the evolution, that he OP is talking about is not just about length... it's overall size, so your reasoning sorta falls in upon itself, however, it does support the evolution of the shape of the penis, but not the overall size...

It's biology.
The "head" is shaped the way it is in order to remove semen/sperm already in there while depositing your own in its place.
Longer = deeper deposits, beyond the reach of shorter penises.
It's not terribly relevant these days (maybe for MikelBR; he just slurps it out), but it explains the evolutionary aspect.

I think it is because the scourge of pornography has proliferated among women. Men have had unrealistic expectations of women for many years due to pornography rot. Now the women have become infected as well. Both sexes are being exposed to this at very early and impressionable ages.
