Im down 40-50 pounds this year because of it.
I plan on losing 70 for the total year.

Its been helpful. But it is hard, but you get use to it.
Change my life.

I read up on another thread about it.

Didnt seem to get good reviews.

I once had a homemade Toster stroodle.
It felt like hitting the lotto.
