re: Good value TE in FA

A Legit Vet TE would help a young QB drastically. Better to get a FA with experience that can contribute immediately.
I dont see how Trump lasts another 3 years, this dude has stacked some bodies as President. He is on a historical run that has never been rivaled before. But he just looks gassed right now.

Vance could very well run and wiin. I hope he does, Then I hope Rubio Runs and wins.
What can you expect to pay for a service and do you have to employ full time ?
Yeah, Hiring a builder might be the way I go. That was great info. Do you have any more tips? Like which banks are friendlier?

re: The Wire?

Im on my second watch through of the Wire. Its been about 15 years since Ive first watched it. I loved it then.
I like even more now. The second watch through you catch all the details you missed the first time. Its probably the best show on TV.

Acting is great, story development is great, pace is great and cinematography really just brings it all together.
Is this legit?

It looks like all big hawks putting money into to hype it up. 1.3 Billion in funding and they are still selecting a site to build it.

quote:

Have you considered new construction? We buy lots, hire builders to build them, then hire realtors to sell them. Each project is short-term. And you get paid a lump sum in a year or so vs smaller amounts monthly. Fewer headaches than rentals. The profit margins vary, so it is not as lucrative is some areas as others. But it works well in growth areas.

This is something I might like to take a shot at. In the next 6 Months.
Any idea on how to get started other than picking just a random area/property?
When someone is starting out like I would be, where there is a price point involved and self funding through loans. The location is the biggest part im confliced on.

I invested heavy in this one years ago and got hammered on it. I wanted to sell but would have taken too big of a loss. So I held. Finally getting it back.

It was a Montely Fool Suggestion back in 20/21.
And when that dropped the stock bumped up significantly.

Hopefully it continues to ride. Up.
Spawn Battle Cruisers. Those are litlerally Carriers.
From abroad, if so how are they working for you?
Im looking for personal help. With different tasks in life right now.
That place prints Money.
You can be sure they are almost 10-20% higher than big box stores.
But you can always find someone, they for the most part they can cover almost everything.

Wish I could open one.
Wow.
I knew our boy was good.
It was fun watching him progress this season from his first start.
Looking forward to the next couple of years.
Cost of living and safety are the biggest factors. ?
I tried it. It helped a huge portion with the inflammation, but I used the Nasal Wolverine stack.
It did not fix it. I found It would always come back and I would get frustrated again.

I ended up getting a golfers/Tennis Elbow Rehab flex bar.
It was the only thing that fixed it. It will still get sore.
My elbow was weak, so the tendon was overcompensating it.

The flex bar for tendonis was really the only thing that helped me and it took a while.

I might give it a Go.

I use to use Montley Fool and was loving it until right after covid when a lot of my picks started to tank.
Im finally in a place where I can start again. So Ill give SA whirl.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Conspiracy Theory 1997

Watched this again on Tubi. Thought Mel Gibson was great in it.

I dont know why they never made a sequel. Bring it back. Maybe not Julia Roberts

Its like when Malcolm Jenkins was drafted, everyone knew.
Michael Thomas was drafted, everyone knew.

Get what that one poster said, a 1st round pick that will play 70% of snaps and contribute to the team immedietly.

I would Say build that D line, but who knows what this team will fish out of the draft.

I liked the film except the actor that played the son.

I thought should have cast someone younger to play the son.

All the kid did was stand there and acted confused.

Great film, great execution, just that one casting threw off the whole film for me.
I feel like I missed out.
Never had a job for christmas parties
