Dude deserved the charge for what he did, joke threatening to run someone over with a bus that you don’t agree with should be a crime. People who go to his church are morons and are just gonna be motivated to be even bigger morons since he faced the evil government and got arrested.

If you believe their actions are “unjust”, it seems you must believe either:
A) that Spell didn’t actually commit any crime during the bus incident, or
B) that the existing dispute between Spell and the government means he should not have been charged.
Personally, I don’t really give a shite what motivates Spell, JBE, the sheriff, or anyone else in this entire ordeal. If he committed the crime he should be charged.

My only issue with Spell is the same issue that I have with any type of authority figure talking bullshite that he knows nothing about.
When you get to a position where you have followers, it is a huge responsibility, and you have a duty to lead them responsibly.
