Damn you can clearly see a worker on scaffolding get wiped out. I just hope he got knocked inside instead of off the building and may just be injured.

That's what that video looks like to me. The weight of whatever collapsed at the top kept forcing downward, collapsing more and more of the building, I guess until they hit some stronger supports / wider part of the building, which stopped the collapse.
With that much top-down pressure, I don't see how they can possible salvage any of that. Who would trust it?
