If the bomber is also in Austin, probably 30% male, 30% female, 40% some self-proclaimed non-binary definition.

Somebody get the FBI on the line. This man is thinking like one of them

This is some scary shite. We need more strict bomb laws.
This response is so dumb. It's akin to saying we need to arm FedEx employees with bombs to defend themselves.

Assuming it's the same person. Which I do.
Scary situation.
Scary situation.

This bomber is no Ted Kazynski. No where close to his level. Will be caught soon.

Well, it doesn't seem they have much information or leads to go on at the moment.

No, it's not.

He's poking fun at liberals who want to ban guns by pointing out bombs are used despite their illegality.
My response pokes fun at the idea the answer to gun violence is more guns. People are using bombs to kill others despite their illegality, so we should make them legal so they can be used in defense and not simply by criminals.

A few weeks ago I was thinking why isnt there a Unibomber 2.0 with all the crazy shite going on now. Damn.

What are the odds they might be able to determine where it was dropped off? Obviously the tracking or package is gone but surely it was scanned more than likely a few times before. Perhaps they can tell where it was dropped and maybe they know similar info on other packages.

Maybe the bomber is a laid off employee of one of these companies and is trying to deter people from shopping online.

That's not how odds work. There's a much greater chance it's a male.

I work in supply-chain, and the odds are very good that they will be able to track the scans to where it was dropped off. But if it was dropped off at a drop box, it will be hard to see who dropped it, unless there are cameras pointed at the box. But they will be able to find out the location of where it was dropped.

Well... This is a very real, and very tangible line of thinking.
Here we have bad guy A who has a gun. Bad guy A knows for a fact 100% of the homes in neighborhood 1 have firearms in the home. Neighborhood 2 he knows has 0% gun ownership.
Which neighborhood does he go to and why?
You know... On a macro level, this thought process is utilized by governments all over the world. Ever heard of MAD? There's a reason why we won't big dick countries that have nukes. It's because they can punch back. Similar to why criminals go after the soft targets (unarmed) vs hard targets (armed).
God made mankind. Colt made mankind equal.
