If the slab has rebar, you can clamp a #4 copper wire to it and use that as your new grounding rod. Bring that wire through the slab via conduit and connect to your panel....

I would still put bolts in around the perimeter or where you THINK it will be. You can always cut them off later. Otherwise you'll just have to put in anchor bolts via drilling....

We bought a column set (separate freezer & refrigerator. They are 30" wide models so will be 60" total. They are Gaggenau brand, made by the same company that makes Bosch & Thermador. House isn't finished yet so I can't comment on how they work, but they were a little cheaper than comparable mode...

I'm going to install a quad zone mini split system in my new build. I won't be using the pre-charged lines. It's more expensive and you can't change the length of them. There's a ton of youtube videos on how to flare and vacuum lines on mini-splits....

I think that's the problem. I don't have a secondary drain pan directly underneath the coil and that's where water is dripping. I need to install a secondary drain pan and outlet I believe....
