You can do that now.

This is for restaurants with outdoor seating.

So basically you can pre-order food and eat it outside if the restaurant has outdoor seating.

Seems like a win to me.

Exactly....I went to pick up an order at Blue Oak the other day and got a beer while I was waiting..but they wouldn't let anyone sit in the outdoor seating area to eat and drink....

now you will be able to

What a dipshit. So you can eat at restaurants but don't you dare do it inside.

The poor owners are getting desperate. It's going to look like a goddamn family reunion at every restaurant...which will quickly lead to the shutting the doors again.

next step will be to open bar, but no sitting at the bar and alcohol sales will not be allowed.

We can probably expect football season to open as usual, but without balls or contact to prevent the spread.

So the stay at home order is in place for 3 more weeks, but we can go sit down outside a fricking restaurant. Makes total sense!

You can at least eat somewhere besides your house. Get out a bit.

It's not much. But it is marginally better.

I'm not advocating that this is OK or that we should be appreciative.

I want to know if I can order a bourbon drink for the patio or not. This is important to know before I attempt to control my outrage.

I don't see many places opening up, it doesn't seem a benefit to some. Plus sitting outside on a patio how much extra business could it bring in vs what many are doing now.
