We already have places that are selling alcoholic drinks to go, so I think it should work. I think I'm going to be hitting up some bars/restaurants this weekend.
Why not?
I wonder if they are going to limit how many people can sit at a table or some dumb shite.

Probably package beer and wine only.

How many restaurants will have outside seating? And the seating will most probably be in the hot sun

Going to be a lot of tables outside of restaurants now.
Why would anybody want to sit outside in the summer in LA, and not be waited on, or have cocktail service. If they're just allowed to hand you a bag of styrofoam containers with food in them, and tell you, "oh, by the way, you can go sit at one of those tables we set up over there in the parking lot, if you want".
I'd rather take it home at that point.

Well, that’s all I needed to hear.

You can at least eat somewhere besides your house. Get out a bit.
I've worked M-F everyday of this quarantine order. I've been out of the house plenty. I've had lunch delivered from all my usual haunts on the reg.
Being allowed to eat outside changes little in my book.

Y’all keep talking like this restriction will be in place all summer. It won’t be

I am texting with my friend who owns a restaurant. She has received zero guidance since the start
I would direct your friend and any other restaurant owner to Louisiana Restaurant Association. They have had tremendous resources regarding SBA, PPP, opening information and much more.

It’s amazing how small minded these people are.
